Memorial Day 2025

As we do each year, Highland Memorial Park will host a Memorial Day service on Monday May 26, 2025.
The service will begin at 11:00 AM in Section 16. Section 16 is located in the southwest corner of the cemetery.
There will be a presentation by the New Berlin Hoeppner-Horn Bros. VFW Post 5716.
Traditionally the following events occur:

• The New Berlin Community Band will play patriotic songs (weather permitting)
• The singing of the National Anthem
• A gun salute to honor Veterans
• Speeches by local dignitaries
• A balloon release
• Firing of a replica Civil War Cannon

Please remember to bring your own chair and/or blanket.
